Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We ship directly to the address provided. If a package is returned to us at 12-14 Lobelia Court, New Beith, QLD 4124, Australia due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside Australia, T.J BEATTIE & J.P CLIFFORD is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
